Our clinical staff provides both primary and referral/consultation care at a number of clinical sites in New Haven to adolescents and young adults, ages 11 to 24 years old.

Primary care is provided at the Yale-New Haven Hospital's Primary Care Center's Adolescent Clinic, and three school based clinics.

• Hamden High School under the direction of Carrie Federici, A.P.R.N.
• Hillhouse High School under the direction of Sarah Vaughn, A.P.R.N.
• Hill Regional Career High School, under the direction of Alison Moriarty-Daley, A.P.R.N.

Primary and urgent care is also being provided at the Health and Wellness Center of the New Haven Job Corps Site.

Dr. Sheryl Ryan also sees adolescents and young adults at the Adolescent Comprehensive Care Clinic located in the Yale Physicians Building. This clinic operates primarily as a referral and consultative clinic for complex medical problems, such as eating disorders, obesity, gynecologic problems, emotional/behavioral concerns, or complex diagnostic problems.
