Four Points

Here are the Four Points of a successful City-wide Rat-Control Program.

  1. Starve the Rat
    Use tight-covered recepticles for garbage. Leave No Garbage in Rubbish Bins or Containers.

  2. Evict the Rat
    Eliminate all possible nesting places inside or outside the home or store.

  3. Build Out the Rat
    Use Rat proof construction in all new buildings and in all buildings reconstructed.

  4. Kill the Rat
    Trapping, Fumigating and Poisoning under careful and trained supervision.
