Running, Jumping and Hopping


All children love to run, jump and hop. Provide a safe area inside or outside for young children to be able play in.

Fun activities to do with children

  • Set up an obstacle course
  • Play chase/tag
  • Play red light/green light
  • Run through a sprinkler
  • Jump rope
  • Jump over cracks in sidewalks
  • Play hopscotch
  • Hop on both feet
